Exchange Policy (7-Day Exchange Policy)

If an item you ordered on AHN Impex is delivered damaged or defective, please email us for a replacement.

An exchange can be accepted only within 7 days of delivery to the delivery address.

You may return any unopened item in its original packaging for a refund (excluding shipping costs). When returning your product, include a brief note stating the reason for the return and send it via a reliable courier or mail it to us.

Shipping Policy

Once your order has been processed, it will be delivered to you within 2-3 business days in Delhi & NCR locations. For locations outside Delhi & NCR, delivery will take 5-7 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the courier company name and the AWB no. / Docket no. The package can be tracked on the courier company’s website. Deliveries are made during office hours, 9 am to 5 pm. For specific details, you can contact the courier company directly. For any queries, you may contact us at  cc@ahnimpex.com.

Delivery Policy

Please note that each shipment in an order requires an adult’s signature upon delivery. If there is any change in the delivery address after the order has been placed, the shipment will be retained at the shipper’s branch office/dealer for you to collect. You can ask for the shipper’s branch location/dealer nearest to you to pick up the shipment. In case you are not at the delivery address at the time of delivery, the courier will leave you a delivery card for you to contact them to re-arrange delivery. People in your household can sign for the parcel, but they will be asked for some proof of identification.
